Commercial Properties of Maui Management, Inc. was founded in April 1995, by Mary Jane Kramer, President and Principal Broker, providing property management services only on the island of Maui for 16 years. Our firm has consistently been ranked by “Pacific Business News” ahead of other management companies who manage properties only on the island of Maui. With over one million leaseable square feet managed, we work to maximize the value and profitability of our Clients’ assets.
